Job Description:

The incumbent is responsible for processing invoices, provision of customer services over the phone and at the counter, and the performance of clerical duties as requested.

Serves as the initial customer contact, handling inquiries professionally. Manages cashier duties, licensing, municipal tax rolls, and all invoicing. Oversees lagoon reporting, mail processing, and corporate filing. Also assists with by-law cataloguing, travel arrangements, and general administrative support. Will handle facility bookings, scheduling, and LED sign updates for recreation services. Performs other duties as assigned.
