Asset Management: Getting Started and Moving Forward

This in person workshop is designed for municipal staff and elected officials in Manitoba.

Participants will:  

Gain understanding of the Fundamentals of Asset Management and the importance asset management plays for sustainable service delivery and stewardship;

Engage in an interactive discussion that utilizes asset management information for an informed decision-making exercise;

Have the tools to plan out what your organizations next steps are for advancing asset management maturity;

Become familiar with the most recent AM resources and connect with other Manitoban municipalities to learn what has been working for them;

Make a commitment to putting Asset Management Processes in place for their organization​ by completing an Asset Management Policy or Terms of Reference for a Steering Committee template.

 

To prepare for this workshop, registration will close at end of day on October 12, 2023.

REGISTRATION FEE: $75.00 plus GST per delegate includes refreshments and lunch.

AMM will invoice your municipality for registered delegate following the event.

Seating is limited to 40 municipal officials at each workshop.

To accommodate as many attendees as possible, up to two (2) municipal officials (elected or appointed) from a municipality are invited to register for one of the workshops.

This workshop will be delivered in English only.
