Hall AB, 3^rd Floor North, RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg

 

BOOTH SET UP

Per Company: 10’ black back wall with 3’ black side arms, 6’ decorated table and 2 chairs.

Large Equipment Displayers: parameters defined with tape – no draping, 1 – 8′ decorated table and 2 chairs.

NO formal registration for displayers – COME – SETUP – ENJOY!!

If you require a name badge, please supply your own.

Central Display order forms

On-site changes will not be available.

MOVE-IN TIMES (Dockmaster on site to monitor schedule)

Large Equipment ONLY:

Assigned times will be sent to emails and posted on website April 1 or earlier.

Move in: Monday, April 14 – 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

All other companies:

Monday, April 14 – 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Tuesday, April 15 – 7:00 am to 8:00 am

DRAW PRIZE (company choice)

IF you have a draw prize:

– Bring your own supplies for draw at your booth.

– Draw name, post at your booth, in prominent location by 9:00 am Thursday.

***Winners to pick up prize at your booth before Wednesday 12:00 pm.
