AMM Education Workshop: Turning Tension into Teamwork: Conflict Resolution for Councils

Conflicts are a normal occurence in all human interactions and are bound to break out on municipal councils. However, if not effectively managed and resolved, conflicts can lead to broken relationships and toxic work environments. Council conflict, bullying, code of conduct infractions, and resignations in local governments are at an all time high.

To navigate conflict and create effective leadership teams, it’s crucial to understand why conflict occurs and the different options available for resolving and managing conflict.

AMM Education is pleased to welcome members to this custom and interactive, 3-hour workshop where you will learn effective and practical methods to resolve conflict.
